white chocolate leaves

very easy to make ...
you will need a white chocolate bar (preferably very good quality) ... or if you want dark chocolate use a very good quality 70% cocoa dark chocolate and some fresh leaves.
melt the chocolate in a bowl on top of a pan of simmering water (be sure the bowl doesn't touch the water) until completely melted, stir and thickly brush some thoroughly clean and dry leaves (can be any citrus fruit leaves or ivy or rose leaves) on the underside with the melted chocolate making sure they are covered completely and the chocolate doesn't run under onto the other side. place these on a plate and let them chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes. very carefully peel the leaves from the chocolate ... keep in the fridge until you need to use them ... enjoy! :)
